Scholar iQ uses a combination of human counseling expertise and AI-enabled tools to provide academic and career guidance.

Such guidance is advisory in nature and does not guarantee admissions, employment, promotions, salary increases, or specific career outcomes.

6. Fees, Payments & Revenue Sharing

Scholar iQ may, in certain cases, collect fees from learners on behalf of partner universities or institutions as an authorized counseling and facilitation partner.

In such cases, Scholar iQ acts solely as a fee collection intermediary. A portion of collected fees may be shared with partner institutions in accordance with contractual arrangements.

Fee collection by Scholar iQ does not imply ownership of academic programs, authority over examinations, or control over degree issuance.

7. Refunds, Withdrawals & Cancellations

Refunds, deferments, withdrawals, or cancellations related to academic degree programs are governed exclusively by the policies of the respective university or institution, even when payments are collected through Scholar iQ.

8. Limitation of Liability

Scholar iQ shall not be liable for decisions made by learners based on counseling, AI-generated recommendations, or third-party program information.

Scholar iQ is not responsible for changes in institutional regulations, program structures, fees, recognition status, or regulatory approvals.
