All degrees, diplomas, certifications, and academic credentials are awarded solely by the respective universities or certification bodies. Scholar iQ does not guarantee admissions, academic credits, rankings, placement outcomes, or recognition by any regulatory or professional authority.

4. Payments & Fee Collection

Scholar iQ may collect fees directly for its own services or on behalf of partner institutions as an authorized facilitation partner.

Where fees are collected on behalf of institutions, refund, withdrawal, deferment, and cancellation policies of the respective institution shall apply.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds for Scholar iQ services are governed by our published Refund Policy.

Refunds related to university programs or third-party offerings are governed exclusively by the policies of the respective institution or provider.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, text, graphics, and materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Scholar iQ and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Platform, violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property rights, engage in fraudulent activity, or disrupt Platform operations.

8. Disclaimer

All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Scholar iQ makes no warranties regarding academic outcomes, employment results, credential recognition, or regulatory acceptance.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
