3. Trial Period Refunds
For programs that include a trial, orientation, or demo period offered directly by
Scholar iQ, refund requests must be submitted within the stated trial duration.
Refunds during trial periods may be subject to verification of usage and may exclude
administrative or processing charges.
No refunds will be issued once the trial period has concluded.
4. Non-Trial Program Refunds
For programs without a trial period, refund eligibility depends on the specific refund
terms disclosed at the time of enrollment.
