- Full Payment Requirement: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by ScholarIQ, full payment of Program fees is due at the time of registration. Refunds will only be issued under the conditions specified in this policy.
- Non-Transferable Enrollments: Program enrollments are non-transferable. Refunds will not be granted for enrollments that have been transferred or for shared access to Programs.
- Program-Specific Refund Terms: Each Program may have unique refund terms, which will be provided to you upon enrollment. If there is a conflict between these general terms and Program-specific terms, the latter will prevail.
3. Trial Period Refunds
Programs with a Trial Period: For Programs offering a trial period, access is granted only after full payment. You may request a refund during the trial period by contacting ScholarIQ.
Discretionary Approval: Refund requests during the trial period are subject to ScholarIQ’s discretion and must comply with the Program’s specific refund terms. Administrative or promotional costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
Post-Trial Period: No refunds will be issued once the trial period has concluded, regardless of the reason.
4. Non-Trial Program Refunds
Programs without a Trial Period: For Programs without a trial or preparatory session, refunds are subject to the specific terms outlined for that Program, provided at enrollment.
Cancellation Requests: To cancel enrollment in a non-trial Program, you must notify ScholarIQ in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will follow the Program’s specific refund policy.
5. Free Trials
- Eligibility: Free trials are offered for select Programs and last for the duration specified at sign-up. You are ineligible for a free trial if you’ve subscribed to a similar paid service within the past six (6) months or if your payment/contact details are linked to an existing account.
- Restrictions: Free trials cannot be combined with other promotions, and some features may be limited during the trial.
- No Refund for Free Trials: As no payment is required for free trials, refunds do not apply. You may cancel your enrollment at any time during the trial period.
6. Refund Process
How to Request a Refund: Submit refund requests via email to [email protected] or through the Platform’s grievance form, including your User Account details, Program name, and reason for the request.
Processing Time: Refund requests are reviewed within 7-10 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Deductions: Refunds may be reduced by administrative fees, promotional costs, or other charges as determined by ScholarIQ.
7. Exceptions to Refund Policy
Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases (e.g., technical errors caused by ScholarIQ), we may consider refunds outside this policy, evaluated case-by-case.
Third-Party Services: ScholarIQ is not liable for refunds related to third-party services (e.g., payment gateways). Contact the relevant third-party provider for such issues.
8. Cancellation by ScholarIQ
- Program Cancellation: ScholarIQ may cancel or reschedule Programs at its discretion. In such cases, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another Program, subject to availability.
- Access Termination: If your Program access is terminated due to a violation of ScholarIQ’s Terms or User Conduct Policy, no refund will be issued.
